I have started to develop a mathematical model which treats electron-positron annihilation as one direction out of four directions including the possibility to convert electrons in positrons in the presence of suitable radiation, the possibility to convert positrons in electrons in the presence of suitable radiation, and the possibility to reconvert radiation in electron-positron pairs provided the radiation is high enough and is focused to a point. Technologically realizing the conversion process electron-to-positron in a controlled way could be the starting point of an antimatter technology. For example, high-power rocket drives or high-power energy plants then could be constructed. I am now interested to know whether there are scientists, engineers, or organizations  which could be interested in the development of such a technology. Naturally, high-risk laboratories are needed due to the antimatter specification!
