I very often speak with people who are thinking that science without the notion ``soul'' cannot be complete. Mind you, these people do not mean a ``collection of experiences'' speaking of ``soul''. Mind you, these people do mean an ``entity in a more or less religious sense'' speaking of ``soul''. Indeed, whenever I am thinking of border aspects of human existence, I feel that the mechanistic way of thinking of nowadays is reaching its limits. Very careful, i.e. always using phrases such as ``by way of trial'', I meanwhile have the courage to speak and to write about such possibilities, too, incorporating also notions such as ``biological clock'', aging, and even God.

Going beyond my own attempts collected in doi:10.13140/RG.2.1.1226.4165 (part I) and doi:10.13140/RG.2.1.4601.5209 (part II), are there theoretical attempts pointing into this direction?
