I am currently in the planning stages of conducting experiments involving the labeling of Leishmania parasites using CellTrace™ Oregon Green™ 488 Carboxylic Acid Diacetate, Succinimidyl Ester (Carboxy-DFFDA, SE), which is a cell-permeant compound consisting of mixed isomers. I have encountered a lack of adequate descriptions of this molecule in the existing literature. It is worth noting that although this molecule bears some similarities to CFSE, they are distinct from each other. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or information on this matter. Thank you.
