Hello all, I want to determine carbonic anhydrase activity in leaves by following Wilbur and Anderson method (1948). For this I need to prepare CO2 saturated water. But I don't have any specific apparatus for this. How can I ensure saturation of CO2 into water without the help of any apparatus?

Drop a small piece of dry ice to cold distilled water in a plastic bottle, close the botlle remaining a little openig for CO2 escape.
