I want an idea is there a way to calculate time taken to heat water from 30C to 80C. 2000kg water is in a insulated tank and it is passed through bottom of tank to heat exchanger which has temperature of 133C

Yes Kevin is right . Now you know the amount of heat then look for the heat source. So for example if it is an electrical 200 kW rated heater, it means that you need to divide the required quantity of heat by the number of kilo watts to get the time needed. In this case = 418200/200 = 2091 seconds or around 35 minutes.
