for the beginning, I've been working on my research for my Undergraduate Theses but met with some issues and struggle.

currently i am using MIKE 21 Flow Model HD for tsunami modelling. i'm just going to explain on how i do it in here so maybe someone can correct me if i did something wrong

basically i use grid bathymetry using MIKE zero bathymetry tools then i input in on MIKE 21 toolbox Seismology, after that the output of toolbox seismology, i input in on MIKE 21 Flow Model, but everytime i run it always ended up in abnormal completion. i've been doing trial and error and rereading the manual but there's no progress, also read a lot of article but it seems everyone using Flexible Mesh, but in my case I can't input flexible mesh format into the seismology toolbox. So at this point i pretty much given up at MIKE. i try to understand TUNAMI but since i had no basic knowledge on programming, and the guide basically filled with codes, it's kinda hard to understand for me

So is there any user friendly and open source software for tsunami modelling? a kindful help will be very much appreciated
