I'm loonking for some online tool or database where I can identify for me unknown materials using the wave number of Raman peaks and maybe including some filtering using elements. Do you know if there is anything around?

For my case, I track the target materials's Raman peak and check the data. It means that you should check the peak position of target materials before measurement.

to identify a completely unknown substance is a rare task, usually one has at least some idea what's inside the sample. In that case

may help. It's free, contains hundreds of Raman spectra and allows nicely to pick elements. It's basically mineralogic server, but the main peaks usually persist also out of crystal state, so it can be used quite generally for inorganic samples.
