I want if my questionnaire length has an impact on the study. Is there any test to see respondents fatigue or the questionnaire length bias? Can we use Mann Whitney test to compare the ist and the last few questions of a questionnaire given its ordinal in nature?

You could implement Bogus or instruction items in your survey for identifying careless
response.

The two books below go in, very deep, on the psychology of surveys and how people perceive the questions. They both also have extensive chapters on fatigueness of survey respondents, and why you lose them at what point.
