It looks like there has been a large amount of research papers published about nanoparticles conjugated with targeting ligands such as RGD, anti-VEGF, TAT peptide or other targeting antibody ETC. However, i was wondering if there is any of them have been approved by FDA or available in market?
It would be great if you can provide a reference for me.

Thank you Bhairavi for the papers. I have seen them before, however, those are mostly the FDA- approved nanomedicines, which are not ligand- targeting nanoparticles. They are just simple drug-loaded nanoparticles.
Is there anyone know about FDA- approved ligand-targeting nano medicines? Or these ligand-targeting nanomedicines have never been approved and sell in market at all ?
