The main focus of a project is to analyze and suggest to improve the quality of the production line or services system in a co-operative type of business using Six Sigma Approach. The co-operative premise offers several services including, printing, selling instant food, accessories, stationaries and corporate attire, serve as a convenience store and provide parcel delivery.
Generally speaking, the concept of validation applies more to quantitative rather than qualitative research. Can you say more about the methods you used and the kind of results that you want validate?
Dear Nurul, instead of looking for validation, try to explore the 'trustworthiness' of your study. You may want to read Lincoln & Guba's trustworthiness criterion (Lincoln & Guba, 1985) to know more about establishing trustworthiness of your study. For qualitative study, you do not attempt to find reliability and validity which are more positivist in nature.
David L Morgan We focused on more toward surveys which are questionnaires and interviews. So the questionnaires intended for the cooperation business's customers asking their views on the premise being studied meanwhile for the face-to-face interview, we ask questions to the workers who run the premise. I myself are not familiar with establishing the validity of qualitative researches. Are there guidelines on how to establish the validity of a research study in qualitative research?
The reference that Noman Mohammad gave you (Lincoln and Guba 1985, Naturalistic Inquiry) is the best known source on validity in qualitative research. Note, however, that if you are working with mixed methods, reviewers will be much more likely to care about reliability and validity with regard to the quantitative rather than the qualitative portions of the overall project.

I would suggest reading Chapter 11, Trustworthiness, in Naturalistic Inquiry (Lincoln & Guba, 1985) with a focus on the four aspects of trustworthiness: truth value (credibility), applicability (transferability), consistency (dependability), and neutrality (confirmability). Also, you may want to look at Chapter 10, Standards of Validation and Evaluation, in Qualitative Inquiry and Research Design (Creswell & Poth, 2018).
