Substitute for Potassium persulfate (K2S2O8) in Kjeldahl nitrogen methods?

If you want an accepted analytical result, you should use standard analytical procedures. There has been a very detailed study on the use of persulfate as a substitute for the old Kjeldahl method. Persulfate works very well and is acceptable.
