Nurses AND parents, together? No, I do not know of any institution applying a single questionnaire to asses both clinicians and families, and there shouldn't, since both group's expertise and practice in care delivery is quite different.
Press Gayne for families is a standard, after discharge (and very poor at really capturing the family experience).
I'm not sure what you are looking for. Nursing satisfaction can be related to personal performance or an individual's perception of their care compared to others or simply to quality indicators reflecting outcome of nursing care tasks. Families satisfaction is very complex. If you are trying to compare the two, you may consider measuring satisfaction after family education for discharge if it is done by nursing.
it might be difficult to get a tool that asses both issues at a time.so, i also recommend you to choose either of them and try to develop the tool by using literatures fro related area of interest.
