But, for each joint, that there are many questionnaires.

I’m not sure what your background is and I apologize in advance if this answer seems a bit ’off the cuff’ but yes, depending on your background, meaning education or healthcare profession, there is a common standard protocol for assessing any physical or musculoskeletal injury. It’s not quite a questionnaire but a combination of questions and a hands on protocol based on the clinicians knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology, the three foundational components of any healthcare providers skill. assessing injuries is a skill to be learned, practiced and comes with experience. Maybe a quick question on ChatGPT can help you develop the questionnaire you’re looking for, and it would probably be pretty good, but it won’t be able to replace actually learning how to assess injuries. Assessments, depending on the profession, is at least a full credit course, if not several courses over the duration of anyone’s undergrad studies.

For rapid physical assessment, I use the Ottawa guides for knees and ankles and use the same paradigm when assessing the upper extremities. Hope that helps.
