Please suggest an academic paper which elaborates over various steps to develop a code-book for content analysis. In the literature I have found many common components , important for developing a code-book. I would appreciate if anyone can suggest a standard procedure( if any) for developing a code-book.

My research involves content analysis of a document in which deductive approach of content analysis is being followed.
