Ingrid Del Valle García Carreño I have 130 references, so i have to take permission from all of them.

I think acknowledging the authors, citing their papers, giving proper references should be good enough.

If you really want to copy some fig (s) from a particular journal

(1) get permission who published the paper, such as IEEE

(2) if it is book, get permission from publishers

Only citing paper will not work
