Is there any software that can identify glycopeptide (especially N-linked) MS2 based on diagnostic peaks?

I convert .raw data to, for example, .mzML or .mgf data then input the .mzML or .mgf data to the software. The software can identify those MS2 which have diagnostic peaks (366, 528, 690) of glycopeptides and give a list of these MS2.
