I am interested in knowing if it is possible to study the degradation of rutting and IRI on a flexible pavement. I already know the ones form World Bank to study the IRI but for a first approach and due to the lack of data I am looking for a simplified equation.

Many thanks for your answer. I have data from pavement conditions, (IRI, rutting and cracking) and traffic data (AADT) and structural number modified (SNP). I know there are some models to predict a pavement conditions degradation, some of them them are a little complex and need a specific software. I was wondering if with the data I have it is possible to predict (roughly) the degradation along a period of time.

If you have some assumptions about e.g. cracking an rutting throughout the subject future time period, it might be possible to roughly predict slope variance (SV) and thereafter IRI, by using AASHTO 1993 equations (if you have present SN and effective resilient modulus of subgrade). For the rough correlation, you can use equations from the literature I recommended you.
However, reliably predicting all the three distresses (cracking, rutting, and IRI), just based on SN and traffic load is impossible in a case of a general pavement.
If you have enough historical data about conditions of similar pavement structures, you might be able to develop a statistical model between the parameters you measured and the independent variable you select as pavement condition descriptor.
