I'm looking for a review that covers various analytical methods (NMR, MS, etc..) to determine the degree of deuterium incorporation to small molecules after a deuterium-hydrogen exchange reactions by.
I already searched with SciFinder but the hit number is so large and not really reflecting my search. I might not feed the search algorithm with the correct search terms.

Absolute quantification (or exact) of the degree of deuterium/hydrogen exchange can be carried, currently, only by means of mass spectrometry; however, within the framework of our own-authored (to me and my co-author according to the show authorship, below) innovative stochastic dynamic method and model formulas [1,2]. So far, worldwide only our method provides superior chemometric method performances (standard deviation equal to 'zero' at the five decimal sign of the measurable variables, experimentally.) Via this method there is quantified analytes in condensed phases at concentration levels pg.(mL)-1 and ng.(L)-1 (tested, so far.) The reliability of the method in chemometric terms is /r/ = 1 (100 %) (It is tested on mixtures of carbohybrates [3].)

Also, please, consider some chemometrics of a contribution, which is, currently, prepared (see the attachment, therein [A].) By the way, the latter contribution provides a comprehensive comparative analysis among our theory and model formulas and all available kinetics, thermodynamics and diffusion methods, explicitly considering the method performances from the perspective of chemometrics. Thus, the impact of our approach on the 'Analytical chemistry' and its uniqueness toward capability of data processing are emphasized for the reader, persuasively (we hope.)

You can know it by performing 1H-NMR in MeOD and DMSO-d6... Replaceable hydrogen peaks will not appear in MeOD..From this experiment it is easy to know which hydrogens will go deuterium exchange.
