I would like to measure residual stresses in some composite materials using hole drilling technique. Is there any institutes in India which offer the services for the same?

I remember a Germany researcher in Japan in 2011 presented the method of measuring the residual stresses by hole drilling method. Best regards.
We had the instrument with 3 strain gauge rosette with a drilling a hole at centre at our lab in RDCIS, SAIL, Ranchi. The engineer working on it is retired. I am not sure whether we can make it operational. We can try if we know your requirement. However, we measure residual stress regularly using slice cutting method.

We have the state of the art instrument that captures relaxed strain usign a 3 strain gauge rosette at our facility in WRI, BHEL, Tiruchorappalli, Tamilnadu. It is operational. Let us know your requirement. we measure residual stress regularly using XRDi as well as hole drilling methods.
