Most of the remote sensing data is captured for the earth surface 2D and I could not find any technique or available data to measure the thermal response for the vertical features like walls. If you know any type of data or technqiue that might be used to the get the full urban thermal real representation.

I would like to ask about the plate-forms are they air or space born if there is any information available about that. and about the emissivity, is it possible to derive it from the temperature and type of material or you could not classify the materials by using this method
The problem here is most of satellite platforms takes data from nadir. Aster has a lateral band 3b but this is not TIR is NIR. Then you have the problem of spatial resolution that it is so broad for detecting a common wall. Your problem seems not easy to resolve from the remote sensing area because there are too many problems for capturing the data you want to have.
The solution gave by Jerome Colin seems much more practical.
Then if you want to create a model of and urban area you probably need a high detail city GIS. Such kind of model could also be very expensive in terms of data preparation and computing time.
A further comment: Most low-resolution satellite platforms and weather satellites etc... indeed take data from nadir, and even for the large swath ones the angle is not enough to provide significant elevation information. However the high-resolution optical systems (Quickbird, GeoEye) tend to be target-based, and as such they can steer the satellite away from nadir, by angles up to 30 or even 45 degrees. There you can see the walls and vertical features, at least for reasonably high objects (like rather tall buildings). How to recognise them automatically may be a much more difficult task.
But of course they don't operate in the Thermal Infrared wavelength. Thermal high-resolution systems are a continuing topic of discussion in the community, see the Fuegosat synthesis study from ESA. And also the recent "Earth Observation and Energ" study (article to come).
you can use a UAV with thermal sensor.

in this work authors used a visible band camera. you may think about replacing it from thermal sensor.
