You are welcome Ibrahim. Could you share your mail ID. Wanted to let you know about the book (THE ACT THAT WASN'T) I have written on Pharma healthcare with an exclusive chapter on clinical trials. The book is available in India on Amazon.in
Actually, you van address the ISRCTN registry, very simple and convenient base to place and register your research. Seems, this registry is governed by BMC.
it also depends on what kind of information you are looking for. E.g. there is a very good registry for clinical trials on gene therapies (http://www.abedia.com/wiley/). If you explicit search industry-sponsored trials, perhaps you will find them on the company websites (just to list some: https://forpatients.roche.com/, https://clinicaltrials.bayer.com/, https://www.novartisclinicaltrials.com/TrialConnectWeb/ongoingtrials.nov etc.).
