Well, the orientation of coordination matters. Because, if the anion and cation orient better, they adsorb better.

Elements with different coordination numbers form different structures of complexes and other compounds. Structure of compounds has very big influence on adsorption.
It depends very much on the type of atoms on the adsorbing surface and the nature of the metal ions. As an example, are they hard or soft, neutral or not?
The metals you are talking about (As is a semimetal) have similar coordination numbers, so this shouldn't be much of a factor.
