It is very difficult to get quantitative relationship between absorptivity of a surface and its temperature (Here I am considering that you are talking about absorptivity of thermal radiations, which is related to the heating processes).

To my knowledge, there is no such relation but there can be an approach of inverse estimation. For details you can follow my paper:
