Is there any problem if minute metal particles submerged in liquid are exposed to microwave radiation in an oven?

In microwave oven, metallic objects should not be kept. Consequently, micro or nano metal colloids if exposed to microwave radiation in an oven, is there any problem? Otherwise, is there any precautionary measures to be followed?
