All temperate fruit crops require chiiling period for 2-3 months below 7 degree Celsius but i want to know is there any possibility to grow them in subtropics
Everything is possible, but let I say sometimes you can grow it but maybe you cannot reach that you're expected. Because goes into production, each fruit trees need to reach their special requirement, in which it is related to temperature or photo periodisme or even energy radiation to induce flowering and goes to fruit production.
I already know that but how we can induce flowering if we grow in subtropics. Can we induce flowering or fruit set ( parthenocarpically) by using chemicals or plant growth regulators is there any reference on this.
Yes it is possible to tropicalize temperate crops. But this has happened in nature. Peach is one of example. Please read following paper accelerating Tropicalization and the Transformation of Temperate Seagrass Meadows.
Yes, it is possible, and agreed with the colleagues above.
But in this case you have to
1- chose low chilling requirement varieties which needs about 150 to 300 hours below 7 degree (for Example in peach " Florida prince" )
2- using dormancy breaking agents(250 ppm GA3, 0.5% and 1% thiourea, 3% potassium nitrate and 2%, 3% and 4% Dormex ) to overcome lack of winter chilling and lead to earlier and more uniform bud burst, earlier fruit set and early ripening

Two basic factors determine the adaptation of pome fruit to warm climates: 1. the ability of a given species/cultivar to break bud, bloom, set fruit, and grow satisfactorily, naturally or under proper cultural practices; and 2. the ability to produce quality fruit in temperatures during growth and ripening that are higher than the optimum for most cultivars.
