Is there any commercially available photoresist which is sensitive to 532 nm. Or can any sensitizer be used to make the UV sensitive photoresist to be senstive at 532nm ? Please help me
Resists have a spectrum of absorption but most are designed to only absorb UV. If you look around for g-line (436nm) you may get lucky where the spectrum tails to get some absorption at 532nm. Why 532nm though? UV lights can easily be purchased or even room white light emits a small part UV and will expose over time.

Most commercial resists are developed for g-line or shorter wavelengths. A few more pieces of information would help answer your question better, first why 532? second, how much power does your source produce?
