My ongoing research is aimed to develop a product from my studies with field research.
As we all knew that foodborne diseases are preventable but cause people unnecessary suffering. Among foodborne diseases majority of them might come through contact with diseased animals or products of these animals.
At the same time Halal (permissible to consume according to Islamic teaching) method of slaughtering animals need to be run properly for the safety of meat by taking out blood, and for prevention of being Haram (not-permissible to consume according to Islamic teaching)
