Hi, i think there is no great correlation between ndvi and climate variables.

When looking for relationships between climatic variables (and vegetation cover, of course), linear based methods may produce unsatisfactory results, considering we are dealing with nonstationary signals. However, I recommend using wavelet-based tools such as XWT and WTC.
