Is there any method to realize complex sequences in real life scenarios?

I am generating complex huffman sequences as suggested by David A Huffman for very low side lobes. So now the problem arises how can I realize them in matlab for simulation (considering I am not making the sequences to be conjugate symmetric which makes them real after taking IFFT).
