I want find/calculate soil nutrients in the eroded soil for the study area. Nutrient (NPK) values are not available, although I got soil texture and Organic carbon (%) and soil water pH. Is there any method/equation to find/calculate these nutrients in the values/quantity of soil erosion?

It is a definitely an out of box thinking; one can try developing such knowledge.
I dont think, there is any method available so far..But , soil texture and pH do hint about certain features of soil fertility...
I am also believe that it is impossible without any previous knowledge about thier relationships?? If you could develop any relaible emprical model between soil organic carbon, soil texture,.... with soil nutrients, you can use this mdoel for prediction of NPK in future studies

I have over 25 years of experience dealing with Indian soils under very diverse agro-climatic conditions and at one time had over 10,000 samples of Indian soil and vegetation my my laboratory in Canada. As most people above have indicated, there is no "magic" formula to give you the results you are looking for. However, texture and pH, and OC to a lesser degree, are important factors in the occurrence and distribution of NPK in soils. It would be a career move to try and develop an algorithm to describe the concentrations of these elements in soils, given the VAST number of variables at work in soils, all of which can impact on your results. Having said this, an in-depth knowledge of how texture and pH control occurrence and distribution of chemical elements in soils will take you a long way towards making some informed opinions about if/whether or not/how these nutrients are present. Good luck - I know getting analyses done in India is sometimes difficult, but you should use your energy to find the funding for laboratory analyses, which will be much better in the long run.

Hi Arshad, I agree with all above comments because the problem is there is no direct or indirect relation between soil texture and pH I mean in their amount not in their distribution, as Dr. Anoop Kumar Srivastava said "soil texture and pH do hint about certain features of soil fertility" I did some models for prediction of soil CEC from soil clay, OM and pH. And of curse there are several studies have done on using soil pH and soil clay to calculate soil fertility signs like CEC,
Exactly , CEC as a via medium for ion exchange again hints a lot about soil fertility . I agree with you Dr Elbashier....
As said by several colleagues, it does not seem possible that we can get an idea of nutritional status of a soil from its texture and pH value.
