MSR or M-media or Modified Media(ROC) For : Ri T-DNA root and Mycorrhiza
Modified Media for tircoderma (PDA) ha ha/ --> but it not necessary for tricoderma..... tricoderma also grow in MSR or M or some modified low phosphate sucrose media :)............ we focused on the Ri T-Dna root system (must not affected by the growth of tricoderma becasue Ri T-DNA depends on the media C-source)... we need to mechanized the system.... we also developed a new compartment system (called line-compartment) may be it will works (it also works for nematode but tricoderma is a fungus ... may be it's difficult :( ).......but how we define the interaction between Arbuscular mycorrhiza and root colonizing tricoderma in vitro..........
In vivo [Using soil less substrate: like Sand (particle size ≅300µm) … in some expt.] this combination (myco+trico) shows a great result [with or without some PGPR] …. But we need to know/Visualized/ ? the real interaction (!) among the plant, Mycorrhiza & tricoderma….
I don't understand you very well Jubair, but if you want to study the interaction of AMF, Trichoderma and the plant of interest I would suggest the use of the GnotoBiotic System. I attach a paper that could be useful.
