Is there any living organism (specially plants) that their behaviour can inspire kinetic buildings' parametric shading systems?

I am looking to find some living organisms (mostly plants) that have a dynamic behaviour in response to sunlight to heat. (maybe an origami approach)

They have to be in a way to have the potentiality in terms of shapes and geometry to be applicable in parametric shadings in buildings facades.
