I have done acute, reproduction, genotoxicity and semi field studies with some soil application agrochemicals on earthworm, Eisenia fetida. For my PhD, I need recent references on this aspect to discuss my results.
A chronic 56-d earthworm toxicity study is a standard data requirement for agrochemicals in Europe, which means that each EFSA conclusion on an active substance contains toxicity endpoints (typically NOECs for growth and reproduction) for earthworms. All studies are typically conducted according to the pertinent OECD test guideline 222.
