Hi, I am looking for an ISI or Scopus indexed journal in the field of finance of banking or business in general to publish an article . accordingly, I need a journal that doesn't take along time to respond even if it is not free.

Only fast and serious journal that I am aware of is the Journal of Banking and Finance. However, within two month you will get just the first decision, not accept. Moreover, it is hard to get there, so most likely outcome would be rejection.
