Journals outside of SCOPUS container can make your goal. But within SCOPUS you can get acceptance of the publication within the period you mentioned

Publication in 2 months is problematic. You need to submit, have it reviewed and the editor reply, you may need revisions, that needs to be reviewed and editor decision, sometimes you have more than one rounds of revisions, then when it is accepted the journal needs to prepare galley proofs for your review and your signing copyright agreement, then the paper (soon to become an article) will be scheduled for publication in a journal issue at a later date. For all this to occur in 2 months there will be few journals (in your case specifically in finance and banking). The complete list of Scopus journals (in 2017) is:

Dear Raymond AK Cox, you are being objective in what it takes to be a seasoned academic or an academic leader. Pls help talk to Nigerians who would want to publish 100articles in one year and if possible become a professor in less than 3years post doctorate qualification, nil working in a university system experience all in a hurry to hit a professorial cadre devoid of experience and reputation and or visibility. It is rampant in most LDCs!

To become a seasoned professor takes time, no matter how hard you work, or being bright, or successfully publishing. You need a combination of teaching, research, and service. As far as publishing 100 articles , I think you wrote 3 YEARS, my gosh the quality of those articles must be extremely low or the person was unethical allowing others to put their name as a coauthor when the contributed little if any work.
Dear Prof Cox, I pray and wish Nigerian academics/educational regulators could read our very valuable pieces of advise here and would have re-orient our faculty to refrain from this madness of trying to become a prof when one is not yet matured for the rank. They by so doing make mess of the sacred institution if the Ivory tower!

Editors need time to find reviewers. Reviewers need 4 weeks to review the submitted manuscript. Authors need another 8 weeks to revise the manuscripts, and then resubmit for final approval
