I know two strandings of fin whale (both were about 13 meters) from Iskenderun Bay. First one in 2003 and the other one in recent years. Both of them found close to Yumurtalık - Adana where is an industrial development area with heavy maritime traffic. 

there are estensive reports of Sperm whale stranded in shallow waters in Adriatic sea. Last one was a young male of 9 m close to Rimini few years ago

As Dino suggested, for sperm whales, our review encompasses 5 centuries of mortality events, including strandings, for the Adriatic Sea. A further mass stranding in shallow waters occurred only few months ago in Abruzzi Region (http://www.repubblica.it/ambiente/2014/09/12/foto/abruzzo_sette_capidogli_arenati_sulla_spiaggia-95571777/1/#1).
