You can compute an index for evaluating the Bolivian High (BH) activity either by using 200 hPa stream function (or geopotential) anomalies averaged over the BH region or following the methodology of the below article: (https://link.springer.com/content/pdf/10.1007%2FBF01030418.pdf).

Thanks Felipe is there any agreement over the BH region at 200 hPa? If so what is the extend? any reference?

See Figure 2 from article that Gabriel sent to you. You can note a better BH configuration at 200 hPa and during austral summer as it is modulated by local diabatic heating.

Should it be daily why not monthly? from what I know the BH is a seasonal feature.

It depends of your question! BH has a strong seasonality but it is also modulated by synoptic transients!
