Hi, I think the books by G.R. Liu in this field are good references to start.
Hi, i know that book and i saw it but i cant se any example in that book. There ıs sama example ın the book but book cant explain the mathematical backround. In my study ı found the shape function but icant gon on my mroblem , for example ho can i create stiffnes matrix or global matrix or numerical integral with field note...(i am sorry about my englısh)
I think you can browsing his books in the reference section to find the papers which referred to the solid mathematical approach for or mathematical analysis of MRPI method. I hope this would be helpful.
By the way i am not working on the solid mathematical problem and have you got any paper about this method , and if you have it can you send it...

the term RPIM should be better defined to provide an answer. Radial Point Interpolation Method can be used in several different ways:
1) In a strong form collocation method;
2) In a local weak form method, using MLPG (or, as Liu call it, LRPIM);
3) In a global weak form method, using non-conforming RPIM or a conforming RPIM;
4) In a weakened weak form.
Which of these RPIMs are you trying to use? And don´t you add polynomials to your base (RPIMp)?

Perhaps a look at the book "Meshfree Approximation Methods With MATLAB" by Fasshauer http://books.google.de/books?id=gtqBdMEqryEC is worthwhile as well.
