I am doing endophytic microbe community in medicine plant and going to do Illumina Miseq for observe the microbial community. However after DNA extraction using Mobio plant DNA kit, my DNA sample did not meet the requirement for illumina Miseg (a260/280 less than 1.3). I did purification using Mobio DNA clean up kit and the recovery was low (around 20%) because the abudance and diversity are important I have to avoid low recovery of my DNA sample, I did ethanol precipitation and the recovery was not good enough (less than 1.5). Do you have guys know about good genomic DNA clean up and maybe can share experience dealing with bad DNA quality for NGS? Thanks and have a nice day.
We use Invitrogen kit and ThermoFisher Kit in the laboratory - they are giving good results. You may try Sigma Kit also. If youare looking to remove RNA contamination then see whether the kit already has RNase or you have to include an extra step.

Thanks guys for the answer. I have asked sample from zymoresearch and hope i can get it tomorrow and hope the result is good. Yeah the recovery's of mobio was very low. I will update again if i face problem. Have a nice day
We have good experience using AMPure XP beads for clean-up and up-concentration after DNA-extraction. They are both cheap, fast and very easy to use.
