Much experimental research has been done in recent years on the various aspects of subjective duration and its dependence on various factors. Has anyone come up with any general equation that can relate subjective duration to objective (clock) duration or that can give us the subjective duration in terms of the factors on which it depends?
The simple answer is no.
Subjective duration is hard, and probably impossible, to parametrize, because the perceived subjectivity would also depend on a number of the experiencer's individual attributes (age, most likely also individual brain morphology, history, etc.)
Furthermore, the clock duration itself is not fully objective ....

What about Fechner's and Stevens' laws? Have they been proved wrong in case of subjective duration ?
I think We can safely assume that clock duration as measured by ultra-modern atomic clocks can be taken to be objective.

The domain of applicability of Fechner's and Stevens's is narrow and well-delineated - it relates sensation magnitude (not time, but rather cold/warmth, brightness, and so on) to stimulus intensity under narrowly controlled and repeatable experimental conditions.
I' d rather not "safely assume" anything in science - for instance, clock duration at a given location is calculably different from clock duration at another location . Clock duration at a certain motion acceleration would be different from clock duration at rest, etc. So it would all depend on what margin of error you'd be willing to countenance.
Subjective feelings of time occur under many real-life conditions (during accidents for instance, when time is often experienced as slowing down, or good or bad times when time can be experienced as going fast or slow) . Under these everyday conditions it would be extremely difficult to come up with a credible equation. Moreover, again, subjective time perception inevitably depends on a number of unique characteristics of the particular brain experiencing the perception.

There have been some publications by Eisler where Stevens law is applied to time perception with objective time as the stimulus.
Yes, time would be different in different frames but when we want to relate it to subjective duration we'll have to do everything in one frame.

The dominant model of time perception in Psychology is scalar expectancy theory (SET) (Gibbon, 1977) which posits that human beings and other animals have an internal clock which is dependant on expectation of behavioural reinforcement.

My work involves developing methodology for discipline-spanning transdisciplinary understanding that enhances communication between the disciplines. To develop the methodology it is necessary to examine and compare the real-world subject matters of the various disciplines.
While using transdisciplinary methods to develop an understanding of the intrinsic nature of space, I unexpectedly came upon the basis of time in the universe.
In the universe, the form of change that is the continuing-existence of space plays all the roles that can be realistically attributed to time.
(This is the continuing-existence of space as measured by a clock, not the extension of three-dimensional space as measured by a ruler.)
Understanding how spatial-continuing-existence plays the roles of time provides the answers to the questions: What is time?, Why does time occur?, and Why does time have the specific qualities that it has?
There is a paper on ResearchGate.net and Academia.edu. titled, The Identification of the Intrinsic Nature of Time, that provides the understanding of how spatial-continuing-existence plays the roles of time.
