What I am actually looking for is Cab-o-sil M7D, however it is quite uncommon and essentially the same as the M5, except the M7D has been vacuum-packaged. The Aerosil 200 is again, easier for me to obtain and as far as I can tell, the same as the M5 and M7D...

Not really. There may be a slight difference in surface area but if you are going to use wet destructive method for zeolite synthesis then it doesn't matter.
