I'd add that today's feminism - at least as it is visible on social media - is understood as not just including women, but rather deconstructing the notion of womanhood and paying close attention to other axes of discrimination such as race, class or non-cis and non-binary gender identity. I think this deconstructive and intersectional approach is specific to feminism rather than to women's empowerment.
