I need a database of organic solvents with some of their properties such as "density", "isothermal compressibility", "surface tension", "enthalpy of vaporization", and "dielectric constant". Can you please suggest a way to create or find a database with these properties?

Dear Ehsan Shahini thanks for posting this interesting technical question. There are various databases on organic solvents available on the internet. I think the problem with most of them is that they do not list all the properties you are interested in. For typical samples, please have a look at the following potentially useful links:

I think you have to be much more specific. There are over 1 million organic solvents (and only 1 water) and many combinations thereof. Which solvents? Which properties other than the ones you state in your question?
General properties for some materials can be found in the CRC Handbook.
Numerous properties of solvents or whatever else might not be in the databases but in original research papers. Searching in the literature some data is not a pleasant part of scientific work. So, welcome to a routine of doing research.
