Hello, I'm trying to simulate a novel form of Patch antenna inspired from a JPG, I want to use this picture as new shape of resonator, so I need some code on C++ or Matlab or other that convert this picture to a file that can be imported by HFSS 13 as a surface. Do you have some idea to help me in this design? Thank you,

If you are aware of or have some access to image processing software or MATLAB toolboxes, I would suggest to convert your image (from the JPEG file) into an EDGE-DETECTED processed image. This should give you the outline of the image which you can use it into your HFSS or any other EM simulation software.
This is just an idea or a hint as what could possibly done with the available resources that you might have around you.

You need to have your graphic in .dxf or compatible format in order to import in HFSS. It won't work for pictures

You can model your antenna from jpg using image processing toolbox and then solve it using simple FDTD code which are throughout available on internet

Usually the image processing software should have built-in tool or function for edge-detection. Alternately, you can try Image Processing toolbox from MATLAB as I have already mentioned. You can also try some commercially available photo/image related processing software too! You are not far away, just put a little more efforts!

you can draw your image in matlab code from there you can generate .dxf file..
