How can i theoretically calculate the amount of water molecules in hardened concrete after drying in oven at 105 oC? Is there any assumption depending on characteristic properties of concrete ingredients etc. to constitute the chemical composition of hardened concrete?

I have read all documents. Because last 2 documents aim to reach amount of initial ingredients of concrete mix such as mixing water and cement content etc., first document given by Dr. Mohannad Husain Al-Sherrawi is more close to my interest. I will assume that concrete samples have theoretical water/cement ratio (0.23) in hardened state in accordance with that document. However, my samples having different type and amount of cementitious materials were conventionally cured in water for 28 days, and were dried in oven at 105 oC for 24 hours. How can i incorporate the effect of cementitious materials and curing with drying into the theoretical water values in hardened state?
