I would like to thank you very much, in fact I am working on an article that treat the topic of ADL but from EA perspective more than SW architecture perspective, I think I have to profit from your suggested article to generalize a meta framework to compare ADLs concerned directly by the EA not only the IT architecture such as (Archimate modeling language), I hope that I explained well my intention this time about this topic.

There is one of my PhD student (Alborz Zamyadi) working on geosemantic interoperability between various 3D geometric models. There are several. Considering that W3C is working with OGC for generic geospatial standards, especially CIty GML, the work of Alborz might interest you (even if he focuses on augmented reality 3D data integration with standard 3D geospatial datasets).
