I know that COMSOL can easy implement an Arrhenius equation to study either curing or resin decomposition but I cannot afford to spend 15K just for thermal and decomposition. I know FDS does the fire reaction part and eventually the thermal part but not the mechanical.
OpenFoam allow you to solve for mechanical and thermal part, but you can easily (or maybe not so easily) write/modify a solver in order to indtroduce additional equations.

May be you can check the capabilities of Castem (http://www-cast3m.cea.fr/) and code-aster (http://www.code-aster.org/spip.php?rubrique2) on these specific aspects...
SfePy (http://sfepy.org/) is able to couple different phenomena easily as long as you are able to write down the equations. I can see some models in the documentation of FDS, which seem quite interesting to me, since I use SfePy for modeling the degradation of rubber caused by chemical reactions. Thanks for the question!
