For my Bachelor thesis, I'm studying the effect of VBP strategies on innovation performance of SMEs. However, the only operationalisations that i've found require me to ask for absolute numbers or percentages in my questionnaire. Most likely decreasing my response rate. Is there a way of measuring innovation performance using Likert scales?
