Many important (if not all?) pedagogical taxonomies are summarized in an EU project: http://www.innomet.ee/innomet/Reports/Report_WP1.pdf. There are more in-depth descriptions of these in pedagogical literature.

I use these to match objectives, outcomes, content, delivery and examination based on whatever themes that should be addressed in a course as well as the prerequisites of the course and the background of the students.

Yes! I believe there are many many websites. Among with pro-quest has a great number of education research related materials available. It is easily accessible I believe! Sometimes you would find them in google scholar as well. However, the topic of technology usage of students in classroom is Farley newer topic and very few research is available under. I have see few authentic researches recently as my colleagues have done it in Canada , because it is dilemma for them to either accept gadget usage during the lecture or prohibit them. Under curriculum development and classroom management you will find few research in pro quest I believe. Let me know if need more help, I could try bringing a copy of my colleauges research
