As far as I know (I worked with SAXS results, but never measured myself), SAXS requires to know (or assume) the type of the structure (granular, lamellar, etc.) prior to data evaluation. It is a very good method to study nano-structures, but I am not sure whether it is good for confirmation purposes.
Maybe somebody who is an expert in the field could assume something about the type of structure from details of the SAXS curve, but it is not straightforward. And I think it sill be a similar story with SANS.
Alternatively, if your structures are sufficiently large, you can try visualization techniques (AFM, TEM), but my experience is that the interpretation can also be complicated.
May be advanced methods of NMR (1H-1H COSY) can help you with combination of the computational modeling too see which confirmation is favored by your process.
